Vitamins

dōTERRA PB Assist+ – A well designed probiotic to help support healthy digestive and immune function.

Binto – Personalized supplements to support every stage of a woman’s life from periods, to prenatal and menopause. The daily packets make it super easy to toss into your purse and head out the door. BONUS: Get $10 off your first order when you use my referral link.

Organic Vitamin D3 K2 Drops w MCT Oil Omega 3 (Strawberry) – As a massage therapist, I am often found lacking exposure to the sun, so taking a vitamin D supplement was recommended to me. I like that this one comes in a dropper form, and the strawberry flavor is so subtle.

Protein Powders

Finding a protein shake that has the necessary amino acid profile AND tastes good can be a bit of trial and error. Here are some of the protein shakes that I’ve enjoyed in the past and would recommend to just about anyone:

1UP Whey Protein (Cookies & Cream) – One of the better tasting protein shakes I’ve had. I love the bits of cookies floating around in the shake that add a nice crunch. It’s almost like drinking a real milkshake! BONUS: Receive 20% off on your first order of 1UP Nutrition when you use my referral link!

Dymatize (Cocoa Pebbles) – This is a super tasty protein shake that I often found myself reaching for after dinner when I wanted something sweet and chocolate-y.

Dymatize (Gourmet Chocolate) – This has a more traditional chocolate flavor compared to the Cocoa Pebbles one, and we often alternate between the two when we need to restock on protein powder.

BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids)

I found that BCAAs were much more effective in reducing delayed onset of muscle soreness when I work out. I usually sip on it during my workouts, but other people prefer to take it as a shot just before their workouts.

1UP Her BCAAs/EAA, Glutamine and Collagen (Guava Nectarine) – This was really the only flavor that I liked from this line, but I love the fact that it was developed with a hydration complex and collagen. They also have a BCAA for men, though I haven’t tried it. Receive 20% off your first order of 1UP Nutrition.

XTEND Original BCAA Powder (Italian Blood Orange) – This is a great option when you just want the essentials, but also want a good tasting drink. At 90 servings per container, this is a very cost-effective option as well!

Electrolytes

There are many reasons to start taking an electrolyte supplement. They are great if you are not getting enough in your diet, you sweat a lot, or you are following a diet such as the Keto Diet. They can also be great for hangovers and headaches.

Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier + Immune Support (Fresh Tangerine) – This is one of our favorite electrolytes to keep on hand. It mixes easily with water and just has a hint of sweetness to it.

LMNT Keto Electrolyte Powder Packets (Variety Pack) – This powder takes some getting used to since there are no sweeteners or artificial ingredients. This is my preferred electrolyte, now that I’ve gotten used to the flavor. I recommend starting with half a packet or even a quarter of a packet in 16 oz of water.
